On Gratitude III

The struggle ends when gratitude begins.

Unknown

It’s been too long since I sat and reflected on all the things I am blessed and thankful for in my life.

Loving family.

True friends.

Fulfilling career.

Amazing opportunities.

Support.

Intellectual stimulation.

Freedom to pursue my interests.

Love.

Health.

Laughter.

Sun.

Moon.

Sand.

Surf.

Paradise.

  1. Your poem reminded me of the quote by Mary Oliver, “I want to think again of dangerous and noble things.
I want to be light and frolicsome.
I want to be improbable beautiful and afraid of nothing,
    as though I had wings.”
